ATTENTION!!
*Fall Sports Registration in Arbiter and VHSL Sports physical must be completed by Wednesday, July 29th*
DUE BY WEDNESDAY, JULY 29, for Cross Country.
TWO items must be completed BEFORE a student is eligible to try out
1. ONLINE ATHLETIC REGISTRATION
Online registration must be completed each school year for each student-athlete. Make one account per family (you will be able to register multiple students under one account).

Returning Athletes: If you registered for 25-26 Fall/Winter/Spring programs, you must use your existing log-in for 26-27. A student’s ID can only be registered once/associated with one account.
New Athletes: Please create an account and register for your 26-27 program(s). Select every program your child plans to try out for. A student’s ID can only be registered once/associated with one account.
IF YOU ARE A STUDENT TRANSFER: If you did not attend Chantilly High School OR a middle school for the entire school year last year and therefore will answer no to the transfer question during your registration, you must click on the link below to the Athletic Eligibility and Transfer Gateway to begin the eligibility determination process once you have completed your registration. This does not apply to incoming freshman. All transfer students will be considered ineligible to participate in athletics until the process of determining athletic eligibility has been completed.

2. TURN IN A COMPLETED VHSL PHYSICAL FORM
Beginning May 1, 2025, FCPS student-athletes are expected to have athletic physicals completed on the new VHSL Athletic Participation/Parental Consent/Evaluation Form (revised April 2025).
At minimum, pages 1, 2, and 3 of the new form are required in order to be eligible to participate.
This form will be valid for a period of 14 months from the date the form is signed by the medical provider completing the exam. This is the date on the Medical Eligibility Form (page 3).
Physicals completed on the “old” form dated July 1, 2025 and beyond WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
Completed physicals should be submitted in-person to a Student Activities Office staff member OR an Athletic Trainer.
