In some of my posts, I am a bit "dis-respectful" in my comments concerning the GB, in particular, and the Watchtower, Inc. group, generally. Why?

I do this on purpose, and, yes, I am a bit naughty about it.

One of the concerns folks have when they begin to consider the error of the GB is this: they do not want to show a lack of respect for those that, due to their position, have "Jehovah's favor." Lands, I don't want to do that either! The question is: Does the GB have Jehovah's special favor? If they do, we certainly would want to show them a special level of respect, however, if they do not, we would want to resist the infringement of power they are making on our minds, hearts, and, especially, our consciences before Christ.

The amount of respect I give, now, is purportional to the amount of respect the GB deserves in relation to "the Truth of the Matter." In a day or so, I will give an example of this relationship from the book "Salvation" written by Rutherford. Till then, I just wanted to kind of lay this thought out on the table for a bit of meditation,
