Suggestions to improve
1. Feature extraction to be done and these features to be used in score calculation.
2. Opinion and sentiment score calculation should be based on mathematical approach and suitable algorithm need to be proposed.
3. Levels in the layered dictionary approach should be implemented using computational aspects.
4. In cyberpolicing aspect introduce computational approach like designing intelligent web crawlers/spiders with appropriate alerting system.

S1. Feature extraction to be done and these features to be used in score calculation.
RS1:Did feature extraction of the FGoI-FGoT cybercrimes case study.
Did score calculation and found it to be 1,20,000/- which is the degree of cybercrimes of the FGoT/FGoI.
S2. Opinion and sentiment score calculation should be based on mathematical approach and suitable algorithm need to be proposed.
RS2:Opinion on popularity of websites w.r.t. which the SMMD values were calculated and shown in a table.
Cybercriminal sentiments owing to the FGoI-FGoT were calculated as of value that is as high as 1,20,000.
Algorithm of any kind need not be proposed as the calculation is for the FGoI-FGoT in the case study context.
S3.Levels in the layered dictionary approach should be implemented using computational aspects.

RS4:PGF found that the FGoT/FGoI cybercrimes are as dangerous as Corona causing national, academic retardation if left unchecked ignoring the conclusions in the R&D work.
