Cyberpolicing R&D Intelligence Bureau@PGF,India
The goal is to develop a cyberpolicing knowledge society of Netizens esp. Research Scholars, PG/UG Engineering Students. We have considered a case study of cybercrimes that are abusive of Indian Nation and Constitution of india. As many as nearly 2500 Netizens are found to have registered for a cybercriminal website. Most of them are considerably engineering students and allied stakeholders of Telangana/Indian academics.
So, the R&D drive was taken up for research publications for remedial solutions such that national virtues development occurs among the NextGen community so that the cybercrimial legacy overheads (that are due to the cybercrimes noticed in our cyberpolicing case study) on them and on our Indian society are checked thoroughly and rooted out by defusing the cybercriminal organizational scenario and settings gradually. We create a cyberpolicing software engineering thinktank with the target of imparting the cyberpolicing software engineering skills among the Indian students for a cybercrimes-nonaffected, safe digital Bharat/India. The deleterious effects of cybercriminal legacy are to be defused by concerted efforts of one and all associated as academic stakeholders.
We shoulder the national responsibility of national skills development among the Netizens by developing the national virtues among them by cyberpolicing software engineering R&D and teaching. We are a Cyberpolicing Software Engineering team@PGF, a nonprofit NGO which is detailed as in the URLs below. We, as software engineering community. advance the fields of R&D and pedagogy in software engineering, Artificial Inelligence, Webmining for cyberpolicing applications of national virtues development among Netizens. We take zero funding from the Governments and yet serve the Governments for positive national development by development of national virtues among the Netizens. We train the software engineering, web mining and AI communities with a national service motto without an iota of profit. This is true national service by developing a cyberpolicing knowledge society of Netizens esp. students so that they can be wary of cybercrimes that are abusive of Mother India, our Nation, and are alert as a vigilance force to safeguard our nation in the cyberspace in the modern digital India in the first quarter of the fist century of the third millennium. Thus, we prepare the NextGen youth and the Netizens with a sense of national solidarity, national consciousness, national spirit to safeguard the national unity and sovereignty of Mother India.
We have, at the first level, the R&D thinktank and their R&D publications in the field of cyberpolicing through Webmining, Software Engineering and AI. A web robot is used. It is an intelligent software agent too. It is a webmining, web archiving tool.
Ours is a Cyberpolicing style of software engineering for character development. Here, we focus on the national character development through software engineering. Various R&D projects constitute our R&D efforts for Cyberpolicing research work and pedagogy. 45-50 Cyberpolicing R&D publications have come up through these R&D projects of PGF. We are uniquely, the only R&D team in the world, who have so much R&D base for advances in the domain application of Cyberpolicing specialization of software engineering, web mining and Artificail Intelligence.
The motivation for our R&D group is the training imparted (received by Prof.K.Chandra Sekharaiah, the Chief of Cyberpolicing R&D Intelligence@PGF, India) by Indian Army at Officers' Training Academy(OTA), Kamptee, Nagpur, India as well as by Indian Air Force(IAF) at Air Force Administrative College(AFAC)@Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India as well as his PostDoc studies at University of Jyvaskyla, Finland. The PGF R&D thinktank and pedagogy are garnered towards 'Cyberpsychology in the Service of Digital Bharat' as he is a qualified Applied Psychologist from Annamalai University, Chidambaram, Tamil Nadu. The motivation is, further, the innate R&D spirit among the PGF doctoral research scholars and other academic stakeholders who are Computer Science&Engineering faculty and students and their associate team members. It is this motivation together with a sense of development of R&D defences for national safety and security (by advancing Cyberpolicing in academics) that served as the driving force for R&D in the Cyberpolicing domain of Webmining/Artificial Intelligence/Software Engineering applications. PGF's doctoral research scholars formed the Cyberpolicing thinktank for the purpose. In the sequel, 4 Ph.Ds have been produced in JNTU and other Univs. in Southern India based on the Cyberpolicing R&D works, projects, assignments and publications of doctoral research scholars as well as PG and UG engineering students of JNTUH. They have carried out onsite studies, insite studies and other field studies for the prosecution of their Cyberpolicing R&D studies and for applied cyberlaws and applied cyberforensics. Consequently, we conduct Cyberpolicing knowledge engineering exercises as per the P-Governance model@PGF that is anew as compared to the e-governance model and m-governance model.
