Chand letter to students@JNTUH

https://sites.google.com/view/chandraksekharaiah/chand-letters-to-implement-the-hhc-orders has letters of Prof.kcrAIAH to the Registrar/Vice Chancellor@JNTUH to honor the High Court(HC) orders. The duo failed irresponsibly to honor the HC orders. Only when the respondents were risked by the contempt notice issued by the HC, they resorted to corrective step and followed the HC order by getting admitted to duty Prof.kcrAIAH. They started trembling as they would go to jail, if they were to continue with the contemptuous stance against the court orders and were to continue to disobey the court order.

The legacy of the maladministration percolates into the hierarchy of academic processes and has an evil effect that deteriorates the quality of performance of the academicians as well as the administrators of malice and caprice. Ultimately, the students are bound to be effected by this descendence, in the hierarchy, of the flames of maladministration  downward from the maladministrative authorities to the students.
