Sir,
Namaste. Owing to transfer to Sultanpur campus, I duly submitted the joining report on 4Jan2023. Honoring my joining report and effectuating the transfer order and the joining report, Mr.Registrar recorded me, as per the V.C. note file orders, as on the roll of service at Sultanpur campus and issued BoS nomination procds. to CVRCE and GRIET pvt. Colleges under JNTUH. Mr.Principal did not honor ever the procds. of Mr.Registrar and victimized my service by not allowing me to sign in the duty attendance register.
Submitting the Honorable High Court(HHC) interim orders, I reported to duty in Sultanpur campus. Mr.Principal did not allow me to sign in the duty register. Mr.Principal did not honor the HHC orders.
JNTUH and authorities filed wrong writ appeal in the HHC and faced dismissal of it without admission. I submitted the dismissal orders in person to the JNTUH authorities for allowing my service, but in vain.
I want to place on record that I have rendered my R&D services(even on Sundays and other holidays) and other services such as BoS … … duly in accordance with the procds. of the JNTUH. Also, my Ph.D. student submitted the thesis for Ph.D. award after my research guidance sessions so far since I assumed service at Sultanpur campus on 4Jan2023. It is wrong that my teaching service and salary payments are not allowed since my assumption of service at Sultanpur campus despite my R&D/BoS services.
You are abusing JNTUH funds for illegal pursuits of maladministration and for harassment and victimization of honest teacher-researcher-employees such as me by abusing my service by nonpayment of salaries. JNTUH authorities are tarnished by your illegal maladministration. Posing yourselves as above law and constitution, by your misleading, illegal maladministration, you are drawing the Vice Chancellor into the frame of contempt of court. The JNTUH authorities are reluctant to execute the HHC orders and are charging themselves of committing the contempt of court that provisions for imprisonment and penalty. No authority is a bar to the contempt of court. Are you not inviting the contempt of court procds.? Pursuing in person, I submitted 10 letters, vide refs. above, to the JNTUH authorities to execute the HHC orders, but in vain. This is my reminder letter 11. Do honor the HHC orders and pay my salaries duly accordingly immediately.
