https://sites.google.com/site/chandraksekharaiah/fgot-fgoi-docs-cyberpolicing has the copies of the certificates bearing in the names of the titles of the research papers mention of the terms "Fake Government of Telangana" or "Fake Government of India".
The status details of the 2 FIRs regd. nos. 0053/2014 and 0006/2018 are also available in the https://sites.google.com/site/chandraksekharaiah/fgot-fgoi-docs-cyberpolicing. FIR regd. no. 0053/2014 was disposed off owing to court acquittal. FIR regd. nos. 0006/2018 is live and not disposed off. FIR regd. no. 0053/2014 was owing to the violation of the State Emblem of India(Prevention of Improper Use) Act 2005. FIR regd. no. 0006/2018 was due to the violation of Section 66-C of the IT Act 2008, a cybercrime of identity theft.
