New Law in place of Sedition Law is in terms of "Offences against the State" introduced through Lok Sabha Bills passed on 20 Dec 2023 :

1. Bharatiya Nyaya (Second) Sanhita 2. Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha (Second) Sanhita 3. Bharatiya Sakshya (Second) Sanhita
