Dear Sir,

Namaste. I joined in the Sultanpur campus office of JNTUH by submitting my joining report on 4Jan2023 F.N. very well correctly as per the joining time provisions meant for the JNTUH regular employees.  The very fact that the Registrar@JNTUH  mentioned me in refs(3&4) as in service @JNTUHUCESultanpur vindicates that the Registrar is cognizant of my joining report @Sultanpur campus. The Registrar’s refs.(3&4) testify not only the wellness of my joining report but also the fact that I am in service@Sultanpur campus.  There is no gainsaying the fact that I am in service@Sultanpur campus.  It is prejudiced to the principle of verisimilitude to consider me as otherwise. It is not only that my joining report is testified by the university H.Q. authorities but also that the Registrar’s procds. refs(3&4) add verisimilitude to the fact that I am in service at Sultanpur campus. Unequivocally, it is right that I am in service at Sultanpur campus and any version that is otherwise is wrong. It is true that I am of callous and careless attitude to all that is prejudiced to truth and verisimilitude. In obedience to the contents in the university orders in refs(3&4) issued in the backdrop of my joining report on 4Jan2023, many an institutional authority@CVRCE and GRIET addressed to me as the Professor in service capacity@Sultanpur campus for my BoS role play in their institutions. Accordingly, I render my services.

P is of callous and careless attitude towards the university proceedings of the higher authorities and is of the behavior of dereliction to duties. Many a time on many a day, I showed P your authority docs. in refs(3&4) and clarifyingly explained to P that these docs. of a later date have superseding relevance and prevalence of your authority over any other earlier dt. correspondence of you w.r.t. my service in JNTUH. But, P was derisively negligent and of dereliction to duties. After my joining report@Sultanpur campus office of JNTUH was acknowledged, all other letters that I submitted in the office there were denied of acknowledgement. The Principal’s office there turned to be of maladministrative functioning. After my winter vacation availment during 5-19Jan2023, I reported in the office@Sultanpur campus on 20Jan2023. Mr.Narendra, in O/o PA to Principal took my docs. addressed to you and the Principal but refused to give acknowledgement to my submission.  This is an administrative evil in the O/o.the Principal@Sultanpur campus. Who is this Mr.Narendra in O/oPA to Principal? His evil tendency  in the O/othe Principal@Sultanpur campus is indicative of swallowing  the documents that are submitted by me, the seniormost faculty member in Sultanpur campus.  To take care of the credentials of my attendance at Sultanpur campus, I wanted to submit an RTI application to the Principal@Sultanpur campus. But, Mr.Narendra in O/o PA to Principal took the RTI application but denied acknowledgement.  I reported to P in his chamber. He was also of callous and careless attitude to spare the acknowledgement from his office. So, I came to the univ. H.Q. and submitted RTI application revised version in the O/o JNTUH H.Q.  for attention against the callous and careless attitude of P. P’s maladministrative authority of callous and careless attitude is radiating to the other branches in the univ. including the branches in the JNTUH H.Q. It is painfully noteworthy  that the laws of the land are not implemented well in JNTUH and the prestige and esteem of our univ. is endangeringly imperiled  because of this. I am running 55 yrs. old and am a 34-year alumnus of JNTUH.  Having done B.Tech.(CSE) and M.Tech.(C.Sc.) from Kukutpally campus and Masab Tank campus respectively, as an alumnus, I have served our univ. affectionately sincerely despite it that I have the record of having undergone the max. no. of transfers among the teaching as well as nonteaching staff. I am worn out by coutless transfers and am surprised to notice the despicably callous and careless attitude of dereliction to duties of P.

A lot of my R&D time is spent otherwise for going round the Sultanpur campus office and the university H.Q. office.  It is a serious matter that a senior faculty Professor of 34 years of service(I joined in univ. regular service on 2Nov1989) in our univ. is victimized because of the maladministration of P. The administration is embracing the enervatingly vicious cycles that consumes the rigor and the vigor of the staff unduly leading to inefficacy and drudgery in the administration. Let us come out of this vicious cycle by positive administrative action of regard for the seniority and intellectuality of the services of the elite teachers of experience for the development of our esteemed univ. I request for your immediate action for uninterrupted payment of my salary. Continuance of neglect of the authorities and victimization of regular teachers such as me w.r.t. service and salary matters gives a bad image of JNTUH administration. Encouragement to this wrong precedence set by P entails the gradual loss of the public image w.r.t. dependability of the administration. This ensues cascadingly negative effect on our university performance and development. It is only by honoring, not by victimizing, the honest teachers such as me that our univ. will be truly on the development path.
