WP Prayer: to issue a Writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd Respondent in issuing the order dt 03 01 2023 vide Procs No C3/7014/2022 cancelling the earlier transfer order issued by the 2nd Respondent vide Procs No C3/7014/20223 dt 21 12 2022 to retain/get the petitioner back in JNTUH Manthani as illegal arbitrary and against the principles of natural justice and consequently set aside the same and to pass
13Mar2023 second hearing. The judge passed oral interim orders against the respondents, the JNTUH authorities.
