Litigation is a game
Litigation is a game for the lawyer to exploit us economically.
Litigation is a game for the opposition lawyer to exploit us economically.
The advocate is pleasing till we give the case to him. Later, the advocate tends to treat us as a pawn and may not serve our expectations and keeps his stand changing as he likes and as demanded by the circumstances. But, it is sure that he would try to exploit you economically by all possible means.
Litigation also gives us advantage. We lose and we gain. We have to balance. In the process, there is no peace of mind as we are diverted of our mainstay routine.
You should have the evidence docs. such as GO(against transfer) copy, ... ...
The advocate approach is:
1.File a writ petition of mandamus against the illegal, arbitrary transfer order. As an interim order, get the transfer order suspended(in a loose sense, it is stay order) because it is violative of the GO and the other doc. which you mentioned in your chit.
2.The dept,./govt. may go for vacate stay petition/writ appeal against the interim order.
3.The dept./govt. may ignore the court order and may not consider you as retained. Then, you have to file contempt of court petition
4.Try for a final order that sets aside the transfer order. An interim application(IA) is filed together with the writ petition for interim order. pending the final order.
The advocate may charge fees:
1.On per sitting basis
2.On court hearing basis
3.On petition-wise basis
4. In my case, the first advocate did not give me a road map of the course of procds. for the litigation case and I was unhappy about it.
I considered that the fees agreement/payment protocol also was fixed for the entire case and not on adhoc basis. The advocate tries his best to squeeze(to have an edge over us for higher fees) us for money.

In my case, JNTUH paid salary for July2023. The univ. failed to pay salary altogether for Jun2023. It failed to pay for the period from the date of relief@Manthani campus till Jun2023. I rejoined on 17Jun2023. Even for the period 17Jun2023-30Jun2023, JNTUH did not pay me salary. Now, I have to struggle for payment for the period till 17Jun2023. Thus, a lot of hurdles are created by the admn. conspiringly. The admn. is powerful. It abuses us by all possible means if we go against the admn.

The travel time involved up and down home-distant office is felt awfully bad. Our peers are in an office of comfort zone and we are displaced. There is no equitable justice. Injustice is upon us.
For you particularly, to travel up and down daily to Nayudupet or so will be quite troublesome and causes time bottlenecks to spare for home affairs. This is very burdensome and affects our morale in the workplace.
equitable adjective 1. fair and impartial. "the equitable distribution of resources"
2. LAW valid in equity as distinct from law. "the difference between legal and equitable rights"
