Screening of 21 proteomes from different pathogens [bacteria (07), fungi (04), protozoa (05), and viruses (05)] to shortlist and rank proteins as potential vaccine targets. For the whole procedure, we used strategy 4 (Vax-Elan pipeline).
We found that most of the top (10) ranking predictions (higher Pi) were enriched in vaccine targets with experimental evidences.
