A potential vaccine candidate may refer as the proteins possessing the idealistic characteristics like non toxic, non allergenic, non homologous to humans. In this study, we have shortlisted sets of PVC determined from diverse approach including Vax-Elan, Shuffling of Vax-Elan & ORF based approach.

These 100 proteins were subsequently evaluated using their antigenic propensity score. The top 8 proteins with the highest antigenic score were selected from unique families.
