7 filters were incorporated to screen the proteome of different pathogens

We incorporated 7 filters to screen the proteome of different pathogens. In this strategy, we used subcellular localization prediction programs to identify outer membrane and periplasmic proteins. Subsequently, we employed various filters to prioritize proteins based on features that are associated with stability, antigenicity, adhesion properties, allergenicity, and non-homology with host proteome.
