Peptide receptor docking

Section 1 : T. cruzi epitopes and receptors docking

We used HPEPDOCK (Zhou et al., 2018) to carry out protein-peptide docking. Here, the protein is one of the receptors listed in Table 1 and the peptides are the epitopes shortlisted through Vax-ELAN.
