Epitope identification using

different Tools

A comprehensive analysis to determine the antigenic, immunogenic, non-toxic, and non-allergenic epitopes was conducted (see methodology for details). These properties were studied extensively to identify epitopes through several tools. Apart from using a robust approach, certain additional tools were also applied to find out the common epitopes.

Comparison of all B and T-cell epitope identified by various tools.

Comprehensive analysis includes employing several tools:

  1. CTL epitope prediction using NetCTL, NetMHC, EpiJen & Propred-1.

  2. HTL epitope prediction using MHC2Pred, Propred & IEDB MHC-2

  3. B-Cell epitope prediction using ABCPred, Bepipred & BCEPRED.
