Strategy-2

Within Strategy 2, a total of 6 filters were incorporated to screen the proteins of

T. cruzi CL Brener.

It includes protein filtered through the same 5 filters without subcellular localization and subcellular localization score filters. An extra filter IC50 was also added at last to take this strategy at next level.

Following file contains python script which filters the data, and their successive output at each level of filtering. filter 1 denotes"Non Homology Analysis", filter 2 denotes "Stability Analysis". Additionally, the last excel file, filter 6 comprises of the final file which is the output of the filtering process.
