-obvious blood or wounds
-discolored skin
-cuts
-unable to move
-injury to legs
-injury to eyes (milkyness, bleeding, etc.)
-lethargy
-other general signs of injury and illness
If the frog has been attacked by an animal, looks injured near a road, or shows any of the signs of injury and illness, contact a wildlife rehabilitator.
Frogs will be able to survive without their mothers through all stages of life. Unless the frog shows signs of injury or illness, leave it alone.
