21 children from Alvie took part in the Kingussie Camanachd 6’s Competition yesterday where the club entered a team in each the the three age groups. Amazingly, Kincraig Teams won both the P1-3 & P4-5 competitions with the P6-7 narrowly missing out on qualification to the semi-finals. The two trophies being kept at the school until they are returned next year with the hope this may motivate a few more children to start attending training. Max Hay and Coral Jones (Team Captains) will be presented the cups this week at school.
Well done Alvie - super proud!!!!
