We started with painting some of our raised bed planters.
We created art with salt in the style of the Japanese artist.
Also ...Serious Teamwork, Enjoyment and Motivation!
We followed up this activity with some fun with shoes...ask a pupil in P1-5 if they can explain the connection between the sports shoes and reading!

We continue to learn from and with our environment. As well as an Outdoor Learning session on a Monday, lots of opportunities arise to go outdoors and take our learning from inside out and outside in!
Primary 1 - 5 have been working so incredibly hard the last few weeks, rising to new challenges and improving their skills in numeracy, literacy and working on Enterprise as our project, leading towards our online Christmas market. A big focus has been on developing confidence to 'give it a go', and on questioning using open-ended questions to deepen their understanding and spark ideas which we can explore further, individually, in groups and as a class team.

We have been talking about marketing, costing, pricing and profit/loss through our Enterprise project.

Week 11: We have been busy developing our STEM skills using Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics to explore our world!
What a wonderful week to return from the holidays! We have been so busy enjoying the outdoors and working hard to continue the regeneration of our school grounds. We had fun working as a team and especially love our new sensory area and mud kitchen in the Jungle Area!
