How to Submit an Issue to the Issue Hub

The issue hub is a great resource for all players on the site. Whenever you encounter a problem with the site whether it's a site question, an issue with another player, or glitches, the issue hub is the place to go!

Here is how to find the issue hub:

*Go to "Help Alacrity" and then go down until you see "Issue Hub"

Once you have arrived at the hub, it is time to submit your issue! You will encounter a form that looks like this!

Subject: Pick a subject that sums up your issue. Don't worry about thinking too hard on this part. Just give a basic idea of what your issue is.

Description of Problem: Be very very descriptive. Do not just say "my dog is not aging". You must include as much information as possible. The more information staff has, the better they can assist you with your issue. Note any relevant information to your issue such as dog IDs, screen shots, specific questions, player IDs, etc.

Send Issue To: This is where you need to pick which group of staff members will receive your issue. If you make a mistake, staff will move the issue to the appropriate area.

Newbie Helpers: They can help with any game related questions aside from rule questions. The questions can be big or small. This hub should be used instead of asking your game questions in chat and is not limited just for new players. Longer playing members are free to use it as well and it is encouraged to do so. Do not worry if you feel your question may be small

Bug Fixers: Submit to this section if you are having trouble with the game mechanics not working as they should.

Moderators: Submit here if there is rule breaking going on or you are having issues with another player. Do not confront rule breaking people! Let the moderators handle that. Submit any relevant messages and postings. The moderators can also assist in site questions regarding rules. If you are unsure of a rule, ask here first!

Admins: Use this if you have an issue with another staff member. Other members of staff will not be able to see any reports submitted.

My Issue Is: You have a choice if you want your issue private or public. When an issue is public, normal players will be able to see the issue and all responses on it. This is a good idea if you're asking a site question you feel others would benefit from knowing. Any issue you don't want anyone to see should be marked as private.

Here is an example of a filled out issue form:

*Note that the dog's ID was given because it was relevant to the question the user was asking.

Once you hit "Submit My Issue!" your issue is on its way! A member of staff will be able to claim your issue and help you out. When a staff member comments on your issue, you will be sent a message to your message box that it has been replied to. From there it will include a link to go see your issue so you can read the response. Response times by staff will vary depending on how in-depth your issue is. As you get higher up in staff, the longer the wait time may be. Do not submit duplicate issues. If your issue has been sitting, do not submit it again. Instead, please go to "My Issues" and make a comment on your already open issue.
