The Preview section of the software can be found on the left hand side of your screen under the Pre Auction section.
Preview allows you to create a photo gallery of your auction lots. These photos do not contain any bidding capabilities.
Along the bottom of the Preview window you will see the area you can drag and drop photos into in order to populate your photo gallery.
To move the images:
- Open the folder on your computer where the images are stored
- Highlight the images you want to move into Auction Flex 360
- Drag and drop the images into the indicated field on the Preview page.
Once the images are moved over you will see the images appear in the large preview window.
Keep in mind that you can reorder the images here by dragging and dropping them around within the preview window.
You can also add a caption underneath each of the images if you wish to explain any details regarding the image.
If you do not want to drag and drop the photos, you can also click on the indicated field and a navigation window will appear. This will allow you to navigate to the location of the images on your computer, highlight them, and then click the open button.
To delete an image that you've added to the preview section, click on the image.
This will bring up a new window where you have the option to delete the image you selected.
