The Details Button will direct you to the Details screen that you were originally presented with when you created you auction. Details is where you change all of the settings for the selected auction.
The Reports Button will direct you to a list of Viewable/Printable reports
The Upload Auction Button is used to send either your initial upload or any updated uploads of your auction catalog to your HiBid template, HiBid.com, or any other portals where your auction is being displayed.
The Auction Dashboard screen provides you with an overview of information about your auction. This will display the following:
The grid listed underneath these statistics will display a few more statistics. These are in relation to registrations, view, and bids from the various sites your auction is listed on.
Underneath the grid of site statistics you will find three clickable tabs. Details, Registrations, and Lot Stats.
The Details tab will show a breakdown of auction information that you loaded into this auction's details page. This is so you can see what the bidder's see when they click on the Auction Details tab from your site.
The Registrations tab will display a list of all bidders who have registered with your auction as well as some useful information about each bidder.
The Lot Stats tab will display information about each lot in the catalog at a glance.
Lot Number: This column displays the lot number of the items.
Title: This column displays the title/lead of the items.
Time Left: This column will display the amount of time left if the auction is currently running. If the auction is closed then there will be no time.
High: This column will display the current High Bid on the lot. If the auction is closed it will display what the high bid was at the time of closing.
Views: This column will display the number of views each individual lot received.

AF360 Status: In an auction that has closed this column will display whether the item was sold or passed. In an auction that has not closed yet this will state that the item has not been clerked yet.
The search bar located above the Lot Stats grid allows you to search for a specific lot.
In the above example I searched for the number 4. Therefor the grid displays any and all lots with the number for either in the Lot Number column OR in the Title column. You can clear the search results by clicking the green "Clear Search" option.
You can also use the Gear Button to limit the information displayed on the Lot Stats grid.
When you click the Gear Button it will present you with a window allowing you to check or uncheck the columns you want to display when viewing the Lot Stats grid.
