To export a lot list from the Lots page, click the Export Lot button at the top of the page.
This will display a window prompting you to select the information you wish to export.
You can check each box individually or use the 'Select All' box to select or deselect every option.
When clicking the Export Lots button from this window the system will begin creating an exported file. A notification will be sent via email to the address provided in the "Notification Complete Email" field.
Below is a list of all exportable fields.
Here is an example of what the email notification will look like. Clicking on the "Click Here" link will direct you back into 360 and directly to that auctions export window.
The window will now have anew button available labeled "Download Export."
Clicking this will download a zip file to your computers "Downloads" folder.
Below is an example of the download if you are using Chrome as your web browser.
When the download is finished you will see a new folder in your Downloads with a randomly generated alphanumeric title.
This folder will be a Zipped folder containing an Images Folder, a Lot Links folder, and a Spreadsheet.
To unzip the folder click the "Extract All" option found in the upper right corner.
This will prompt you to select a save location. Use the Browse button to tell your computer where to extract the folders to.
In this example we created a folder on the desktop named Exports.
If you happen to extract the folder to the same location as the zipped folder be sure to open the UNZIPPED folder. The names of the folders will be the same. Look to the Type column to make sure you are not trying to open the compressed (zipped) folder.
The images folder will contain all of the images attached to your lots and they will be named accordingly. If a lot had multiple images those lots will be indicated in the format Lot#-#. Such as lot 1 in our example. The lot has 4 images and therefor the images are named 1, 1-1, 1-2, 1-3.
The Lot Links folder will contain a series of spreadsheets for your lots. These spreadsheets contain the URL and Description of the Lot Link attached to the lot.
Here is what the Lot Link looks like on the lot in 360.
