When importing images it is important that the images you are attempting to use have the proper naming format.
Images should be named after the lot that they will be assigned to. If you have multiple images for the same lot use an underscore.
For example images named 1_1, 1_2, and 1_3 will be assigned to lot #1 when imported. Images 2_1, 2_2, and 2_3 will be assigned to lot 2.
To begin, click the Import Images button in the top right corner of the Lot List page.
The first screen that appears will display an option to "Drop Files here to upload."
To use this feature, navigate to the folder that your images are stored in.
Highlight the images that you've named appropriately.
Drag the images from that folder into the designated field.
Alternatively, you can navigate to the folder that contains the images you want to use and drag the entire folder into the designated field.
You can also click directly on the designated field and a navigation window will appear allowing you to navigate to the images that you want to use on your computer. From here you will highlight the images you want to use and then click the Open button.
Once you have the images selected, Auction Flex will display a preview screen. This screen will display:
To finalize the uploading process click the "Upload # Images" button in the bottom right corner.
When the import is finished the "Upload # Images" button will disappear and a "Done" button should appear in its stead. The status column should also display "Uploaded" instead of "Pending." Click the "Done" button to finish the process and be brought back to the Lot List page.
From the Lot List page you should now be able to see the first image associated with your lots.
You can click the pencil icon on the far left to enter the Lot Detail window and see the rest of the images.
