There are several Master Reports that you can find by clicking the Master Reports tab. Make sure that you select the Auction option from the drop down menu in the top right corner as well.
The 13 Master Reports you should have immediately are:
- Blank Clerking Sheet
- Buy Back Lots by Consignor
- Consignor Payment Summary
- Consignor Settlement
- Customer Settlement
- Hear About Us ROI (return on investment)
- Income Statement
- List of Sold Lots by Auction
- Lot Clerking Sheet
- Lot Listing
- Not Sold Lots by Consignor
- Outstanding Invoices by Auction
- Tax Collected by Date Range
Clicking the Run button will generate the report for you within Auction Flex 360. This page will allow you to save the report as a Word document or PDF. You can also print the report from this page.
Choosing the Render button will open the report in a new web browser tab where you can also choose to Save or Print the report.
Copy & Modify will direct you to a report editor screen. This screen will allow you to take the standard Master Reports and modify them to your liking. For more information about using the Report Editor click HERE.
