From the settlement section click the Bidders check box to display all of the bidders in the selected auction.
From the list of bidders click on the View Settlement button next to the buyer you want to add a charge to.
Clicking the View Settlement button will direct you to the Settlement Details window. From this window scroll all the way to the bottom of the bidders items and click the Add Buyer Auction Charge button.
Clicking the Add Buyer Auction Charge button will direct you to the Add Charge window.
From here select the Account that you want the charge placed against. Shipping & Handling is being used as the example here.
Enter the flat dollar amount that you wish to charge the buyer.
Enter your own description of what the charge is for. What you enter into the Description field is what will be displayed on the settlement when you print it or email it to your bidder.
By default the software comes with two pre-made account selections. "Miscellaneous" and "Shipping & Handling." To edit these options or add your own please review the Buyer Auction Charge Options section of the Wiki.
