It is important to mention that any or all of the information entered on this screen is editable at any time.
The first section on an Auction Time Lot is the Lot Info.
Lot#: This field is not editable from AF360 as Auction Time will generate their own number for the item after it has been uploaded to them.
Seller: Use this drop down menu to select the correct seller of the item.
Title: This field will populate based on later information that you select.
Location: Use this field to select a specific location for this item.
Display on Website: Choosing Yes or No here determines if this item will display on the publishing sites related to the item you're selling.
Underneath the Lot Info is the Group and Category section. There are two check boxes in this area, "Equipment" and "Attachments."
Selecting Equipment will display 3 drop down menus allowing you to choose a Manufacturer, a Model, and a Category.
Selecting Attachments will display 4 drop down menus allowing you to choose an Attachment Type, Category, Manufacturer, and Model.
Each of the drop down menus will provide possible selections once you start typing into the field.
The Manufacturer and Model fields determine a portion of the Title (also known as a lead) of the lot.
This Title is what will be displayed first on Auction Time's website in bold text.
The Category field will determine which category on Auction Time's website the item is a part of.
Underneath the Groups and Categories is the Auction Time Info section. There are three check boxes here.
Auction Time: This box is used if you want this auction uploaded into one specific auction date.
Pre Auction Time: This box is used if you want the item to list using Pre Auction Time services for listing the item over multiple weeks. (For elaboration on this option contact your Auction Time Rep.)
Guaranteed Sale: This box is used if you want the item to list using Pre Auction Time services AND Guaranteed Sale services for listing the item over multiple weeks. (For elaboration on this option contact your Auction Time Rep.)
Auction Date: The field allows you to choose which auction date you want this item entered into.
Opening Bid: This field allows you to state your starting bid price.
Bid Increment: This drop down menu allows you to choose from pre-set bid increment amounts that you want this item to follow during the auction.
Auction Time Print Ad: Checking this box indicates that you wish to promote this item in a printed publication that Auction Time offers.
Buyer's Premium Percent: This field is where you can enter your Buyer's Premium Rate.
Buyer's Premium Cap: This field allows you to indicate a maximum buyer's premium amount. Meaning the BP will abide by your percentage but will not exceed the dollar amount entered here.
Underneath the AuctionTime Info will be the General section.

Beyond these fields the information will change dependent upon what your item is.
Based on the Manufacturer, Model, and Category chosen there may be sections including but not limited to:
At the bottom of the window will be the Accounting section. This area displays several fields:
To the right of these settings will be additional Accounting settings:
Once some/all of the information regarding this lot has been entered click the Save button. This will save the item to the Inventory Management system located on the Sandhills Cloud. Clicking the Save button will also allow you to add images to this item.
At the top of the page next to the Lot Info will be the Lot Images section.
To move images onto your lot, open the folder on your computer that contains the images you wish to use. Highlight the images you want to apply to this lot. Drag and drop the images onto the designated area that says, "Drop Files here to upload"
Once the images have been added to the lot, click the Save button again to update this lot in Inventory Manager
Once the item is organized and ready to upload to Auction Time, navigate to the Dashboard for this auction.
From the Dashboard screen click on the Lot Stats tab. This will display all items that you have cataloged during this auction. Next to new lots you will see an Upload Lot button in the Actions column. Clicking this button will send this lot to Auction Time for approval. Once this process has begun the status of the lot should change to Pending.
When a lot has been approved and pushed forward to the Auction Time website, the status will change again to say Uploaded.
You can check this area at any time to check the status of your lots.
