To open the Company section of the software click on the word Miscellaneous on the left hand side of the system under the menu.
Underneath Miscellaneous click the word Company.
The Company section is broken into several tabs. The first tab you will see is the Company Info tab. Here you will find:
- Subscription: This field indicates the number of Users you have available to you.
- Name: This will be the name of your company. It must match our records exactly including case and punctuation.
- Phone 1/2: This field is for your company/personal phone numbers. This information will be displayed online if you upload auctions to HiBid.
- Email: This field is for your company email address. This information can be displayed online if you upload auctions to HiBid.
- URL: This field is for your company's main website.
- Address 1/2, City, State, Zip, Country: These fields are for your auction house location.
- Auction Listing Service: This field is not editable and will only display whether or not your AF360 account has been linked to your HiBid account.
Once all of your settings are correct click the Save button in the bottom left of the window.
To pair your AF360 account to your HiBid account click the Manage Auction Listing Service button in the top right corner of the window.
Clicking this button will allow you to enter the Username and Password.
This Username and Password will be the same that you use when logging into your HiBid Auctioneer Login from https://my.hibid.com/
The Merchant Account tab is used for entering your CurrencyPay account information. These are only used if you are using our CurrencyPay integrated credit card processing option for obtaining payment. You must fill in the Merchant ID, Private API Key AND Public API Key fields.
The Invoice Parameters tab is only used if you are using our Integrated Credit Card processing option with CurrencyPay AND using the option to send payable links via emailed settlements.
The information added to these fields is what will display when emailing your bidder settlements with the Payable Link.
Address 1/2, City, State, Zip, Country, and Phone should be your company's location and contact information.
Website: This field will be for your company's main web page.
Receipt Title: This field will be what is displayed on the Receipt when the bidder views it. An example would be "123 Auction House Settlement"
Receipt Message: This field will be what is in the body of the Receipt. And example of this would be, "This receipt is a representation of your winning purchases at 123 Auction House."
DBA - Statement Descriptor: This field is an optional field. This would be used if your auction house was doing business under a separate name and you preferred THAT name to appear on the receipts instead of your Company Name.
Require Billing Address/Shipping Address: These options determine if your buyer must provide either or both of these pieces of information when making their payment.
The App Tokens tab is a feature in progress that will allow Auction Flex legacy users to push limited information into AF360.
