MR. CHRISTIAN SPICER has apparently been a "property manager" for Source Group Realtiy since at least 2018 according to the lawsuits listed below.
ADU Rentals - Mr. Spicer also lists his ADU Rentals here along with other properties.

LAWSUITS AGAINST SOURCE GROUP REALTY
These lawsuits basically involve water damage, failure to repair, mold and fungus resulting in respiratory illness for the tenants but the most concernig wa a roof collapse due to the water leaking.

Mr. SPICERS 1st General Contractor  involved with building most of his ADU units prior to 2026 & Lawsuits
Mr. Jody James Watkins of Watkins Landmark Construction had his licensed suspended by the California Contractors State License Board and later declared bankruptcy.
He has has a multitude of lawsuits filed against him over a long period of time.
The reason this is concerning is that now those units he built are being rented out.

SQUATTERS FOUND ON THE FOLLOWING properties Mr. Spicer purchased through SDRE & now Infill Innovations to put his ADU FARMS on but as of May 2026 at least 45 of the 84 properties he purchase still have no building going on and are just sitting fallow.
