FOR SALE - Mr. Christian Spicers ADU properties for sale in order by DATE of listing
We are keeping track of Mr. Spicers egegrious "backyard apartment complexes" and if they are actually selling like he and his investors had planned.
Apparently there is not a huge market for these abomination and folks do not want to be stuck with a property were you have to be landlord to 6, 10, 12 or 18 people in one backyard plus trying to rent out the front house that no longer has a garage because that was converted into a junior ADU.
ALL this with NO PARKING and neighbors that hate you for destroying their once peaceful street and neighborhood.
Not surprising people or companies are not standing in line to buy these abominations.

Be aware Mr. Spicer and his investors NEVER intended to be landlords.
They just wanted to bulldoze into a neighborhood, build a massive apartment complex in a backyard, generally on a cul-de-sac provide no parking destroying the street and neighborhood for everyone and sell for an enormous profit.
Apparently that is not happening and he is having to rent them out to pay the huge mortgage loans, construction loans, and property taxes on his 70 or more properties every month.
We have already seen one round of Notices of Default on his properties. We will be watching for more.
