Mr. Spicer is suing Mr. Josh Stech aka HL3 SIERRA, aka Sundae because he believes Mr. Stech took advantage of him when he loaned him money and when he defaulted on payments and the loan was renegotiated he did not take off the First Trust Deed on the 7 properties involved so Spicer could seek financing elsewhere and the second loan agreement he signed had usury or illegal amounts for interest.

Lawsuit basically claims - The City of San Diego gave a permit to Mr. Spicer to build 136 ADU's with a ministerial only OK on a plot of land that historically is considered Indian burial grounds, high traffic and high fire density zone with absolutely no CEQA or other reviews before rubber stamping the permit.

Mr. Christian Spicer of SDRE wants to Cram & Jam 136 ADU's with only 71 parking spaces at Pacifica Drive and Bluffside where you enter and exit freeway 5 to Pacific Beach. This area is already a traffic nightmare during drivetime and summer months.
