Have you been a victim of Real Estate Fraud here in San Diego?

We have a Real Estate scheme involving fraudulent 1031 Exchanges, Selling of Fractionalized securities on properties without a license and other types of Real Estate fraud operting in San Diego for the past couple of years.

If you are a victim you can file a Civil lawsuit however the money may be gone and you will recover little to nothing and still have to pay more in attorneys fees.

The more people who are victims who file with these agencies the more likely they are to look into the cases and prosecute.

IMPORTANT NOTE - This applies to EMPLOYEES of these companies if they were asked to invest in these schemes and lost money

HOW TO GET STARTED

1. Type  up a short 1 page summary of what happened to you.  SAVE
Include date you met these individuals, pitch they made, date you signed a contract, amount you invested and contact information for all involved.
Submit the 1 page summary and all applicable information into the portals below.

Complaint Guidelines: The 5 W’s

To help us evaluate your complaint, please provide the following:

1. What happened
   Explain what happened in detail, in the order it occurred. You can upload a Word or PDF document if needed.

2. Who was involved
   List the business or person responsible. Tell us why you believe they committed fraud or acted unfairly. Include names, phone numbers, emails, and each person’s role.

3. Where it happened
   Provide the full address of each property involved and/or the property’s Assessor Parcel Number (APN).

4. When and how you found out
   Tell us how and when you realized something was wrong. Include dates and times of emails, texts, phone calls, or meetings.

5. How much money you lost
   State the dollar amount, if known, and explain how you calculated it.

Required Documents

We cannot review your complaint unless you include documentation. Please upload copies of:

• Signed contracts or agreements

• Copies of the fraudulently recorded documents

• Copies of trusts, wills, and power of attorneys (if applicable)

• Letters, emails, and/or text messages

• Receipts or other payment proof

• Advertisements or written promises

• Screenshots or flyers

However be aware if you do NOT take this step these agencies can do nothing.
You are NOT powerless.

Filing with these agencies have no impact if you have filed a Civil lawsuit since they are law enforcement agencies involving most fraud against the public.
