HOW TO GET STARTED

1. Type  up a short 1 page summary of what happened to you.  SAVE
Include date you met these individuals, pitch they made, date you signed a contract, amount you invested and contact information for all involved.
Submit the 1 page summary and all applicable information into the portals below.

2.  Collect and preserve all contracts and correspondence from the company and/or individuals involved with the company.

However be aware if you do NOT take this step these agencies can do nothing.
