In 2024 apparently a neighbor became upset with Mr. Christian's Spicer's bullying of the neighbors on a street where one of his 13 ADU's was going up in a backyard and confronted Mr. Spicer about it.
Mr. Spicer went to the court and tried to get a restraining order against the man
