Infill Innovations uses the EXACT SAME website as SDRE but just changed the name and added a new domain name
SDRE Homebuyers LLC and it bombastic CEO Mr. Christian Spicer was all over the news in San Diego in 2024/2025 as the self-proclaimed largest ADU developer in San Diego County. He used loopholes the size of cement trucks in the City of San Diego's ADU Bonus program to cram 10, 12 and even 18 ADU's into the backyard of ONE home. Generally at the end of cul-de-sacs with NO ADDITIONAL PARKING and causing home prices on those streets to diminish and devastating the neighbors on those areas.
Late 2025/2026 lawsuits from a neighborhood group and his private money lenders are filed against SDRE and Mr. Christian Spicer and suddenly a "rebranding" started taking place.
April 2026 - Press releases started appearing on the internet saying a change has taken place at SDRE and Mr. Christian Spicer is stepping down and his former staff member Brian Doyle is taking over and they are calling it now Infill Innovations Inc.
So lets examine the changes or what remains the same
WEBSITE - EXACTLY the same one as www.SDRE.com just the name has changed but none of the pages. Domain name of Innvt.com has been added

Now it would be logical not to keep employees or partners who are suing your or being sued and a General Contractor who lost his contracting license.
However since the main players are still there is this really a different company or just a "rebranded" company due to all the bad publicy?
The ADU's are still listed with the same reality company Source Reality Group that Mr. Spicer is a property manager of and is being sued as such .
So is it a completely different company or is it just seeking to downplay its past to attract new investors?
