Wish we had the TikTok video to go with this.  Mr. Spicer did all the talking and Mr. Hinson looked like it was a hostage video.

Well thats an understatement considering he was the only ADU developer trying to cram 18 in one backyard and call 136 unit apartment complex all ADU's

Mr. Spicer apparently "holding court" at his SDRE Kearny Mesa office which conicdentally is the same address & website of his NEW company Infill Innovations Inc.

Mr. Spicer and one of his many seminars he gave telling others how great and smart he is in business.  Not sure he mentioned the backlash from neighborhoods he was destroying.
