Lawsuit basically claims - Mr. Christian Spicer & Mr. Thomas Hinson told Mr. Edner that their new 1031 exchange program would allow him to have a constant revenue stream for his disabled son because it was going to invest his $812,41.40 into a project in Encanto that would give him 6.43% ownership of their project.  However they did not disclose this would be considered a sale of securities which is a violation of the California Corporations Code.
An interesting note is Mr. Mike Aguirre former City Attorney and of the "trash lawsuit" fame has filed this lawsuit on behalf of Mr. Edner the plaintiff.
