SIGNS next to Spicer properties

NO PARKING SIGN for ADU"s - This sign is a little hard to read but it says NO ADU PARKING - It is located in one of Spicer's massive ADU projects at the END of a cul-de-sac, on a narrow just one car at a time can get through street that already had no real parking available off street but he went ahead and crammed in 12 ADU's in the backyard in addition to the house out front and the garage that he converted into a Junior ADU. So if there was any parking he made sure to wipe it out.
