As you can see below Tommy Hinson was in the original Investor advertising brochures and also Mr. Hinson put forth his own page in the Investor brochures that CLEARLY SHOW HIS ASSOCIATION TO SDRE - now rebranded to Infill Innovations Inc.
Tommy Hinson no longer works with Christian Spicer and Spicer changed the name of his company from SDRE Homebuyers to Infill Innovations - same exact website and SDRE forwards to it but I guess he thinks if he changes his name all the bad publicity and lawsuits and neighborhood complaints will go away.

From FINRA, the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, is the largest independent regulator of securities firms doing business in the United States.
Without admitting or denying the findings, Hinson consented to the sanction and to the entry of findings that he willfully failed to disclose on his Form U4 two state regulatory actions against him. The findings stated that the Washington State Department of Financial Institutions suspended Hinson from serving as an escrow agent in Washington for five years and fined him $25,000. The California Department of Business Oversight barred Hinson in California from any position of employment, management or control of any escrow agent. Hinson filed an initial Form U4 and failed to disclose the state regulatory actions against him on his initial Form U4 in response to any of the regulatory action disclosure questions on Form U4. Nor while Hinson was registered with FINRA did he ever amend his Form U4 to disclose the state regulatory actions against him.
Scroll down to page 9 to read allegations of his failure to disclose his suspensions in Washington and California on his securities form and bankruptcy.
