What: Many of our academic pathways include a High Impact Practice or "HIP" for students. The Tennessee Board of Regents (TBR) has developed the taxonomy for each unique HIP to assess the program elements and the milestone achieved. Columbia State recent completed mapping of our current HIPs as well as HIPs that will be implemented by Fall 2025. This is in accordance with the TBR High Impact Practices Scaling and Implementation Plan.
