Log In Information

Username = first initial of your first name + your full last name + the month and day of your birthday (MMDD).

Password = 6-digit date of birth (MMDDYY).

EXAMPLE:

William Smith was born March 27th, 1981

Username = wsmith0327

Password = 032781
