If you need additional assistance as you work with MS Teams, help is never far away!
When you're in Online Campus, look on the right navigation bar and you'll see the green "Faculty Help" button:
Once you click this button, you'll come to our Academic Engagement & Innovation (AEI) help form. On this page, select the option for "MS Teams" with the "Teams" icon:
Once you're on this page, be sure to review all the options available for assistance, including filling out our "MS Teams Help" form. This will provide us with detailed information so we can troubleshoot your issue more quickly.
