Important things to Note
Any mention in a Zoom video about a web portal or web site is accessed by typing columbiastate.zoom.us in a web browser
We use the Single Sign On method. You may be familiar with the SSO method as it is used for logging into Banner, My Charger Net, and Online Campus. Use the same credentials when logging into Zoom.
Make sure you sign out of your personal Zoom account and sign into your Columbia State account before clicking on a link for a Columbia State sponsored meeting.
A pro license account should be requested as it gives you unlimited meeting minutes and it costs you or your department nothing
