Have you ever wondered how a case gets decided in the Court of Workers’ Compensation Claims or how the Appeals Board conducts its review of those decisions? Or what you did right (or what you didn’t do right) that might have contributed to your case’s outcome? Two staff attorneys (both of whom are Americana/”outlaw country” music fans, and both of whom work closely with the decision-makers) will share their insider views on “angelic” advocacy and that which should be “outlawed.”
