Madeline Shelly

Madeline Shelly is a Workers’ Compensation Compliance Specialist for the Tennessee Bureau of Workers’ Compensation. Madeline started working at the Bureau in October 2015 as an Administrative Assistant in the Knoxville office where she processed claims and assisted Bureau customers. Since September 2017 she has been a Workers’ Compensation Compliance Specialist in the Penalty Program. Madeline investigates and renders decisions on penalty referrals made by employees in every Bureau program throughout the State. Madeline received her B.A. in Political Science and her Master of Public Policy and Administration from the University of Tennessee. She is a Tennessee Promise Mentor and a current member of the American Society for Public Administration.
