William Lance Wheaton, a native of Kingston, Tennessee joined the Department of Labor & Workforce Development in April of 2007. Mr. Wheaton graduated from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville in 1995 with a BS in Exercise Physiology. Since that time, Mr. Wheaton spent eight+ years in medical equipment sales with a local durable medical equipment company. He earned his ATS designation from the Rehabilitation Engineering & Assistive Technology Society of North America in 2007. Mr. Wheaton resides in Murfreesboro with his wife Ashli, who owns a financial planning firm, and his two sons Will – 16 and John David -11.
