Violations of the Rules of Professional Conduct and the Code of Judicial Conduct
The Workers’ Compensation Judges will present a filmed courtroom scene implicating ethical violations involving conflicts of interest, obligations regarding unrepresented parties, obligations to clients and the court, and proper courtroom decorum. The film will stop several times so the audience can identify and discuss ethical violations and address how to avoid them.
