Jay Blaisdell

Jay Blaisdell is the coordinator for the Tennessee Bureau of Workers’ Compensation’s eBilling program and its Medical Impairment Rating Registry (MIRR). He is the editor of AdMIRable Review, the MIRR’s quarterly journal, and is certified through the International Academy of Independent Medical Evaluators (IAIME) as a Medicolegal Evaluator. His articles on the AMA GuidesTM, 6th Edition, appear regularly in AdMIRable Review and the AMA Guides Newsletter. Jay has been with the Tennessee Bureau of Workers’ Compensation since 2005.
