Jessica Stollings is a national speaker, author and the president of ReGenerations- an organization that optimizes generational insights to create a flourishing workforce today and into the future. Her passion (besides coffee) is making sure there is clear understanding, communication and collaboration between the newest batch of college students and the generation of parents and grandparents already in the office. Leadership teams across the country have built solutions around her ideas.
Jessica is no stranger to the challenges and opportunities that exist across age and experience. She’s lived them out personally and professionally through her leadership roles in talent development and corporate communications for Alpha Natural Resources- a former Fortune 500 company- and through her role as a nationally-syndicated news reporter and producer for a Focus on the Family radio show heard by more than two million listeners each week.
Jessica graduated from King University with degrees in English and Communication. She captained the volleyball team as an academic all-American, and has been honored among collegiate, professional and Olympic athletes.
Jessica resides in Chattanooga, Tennessee, where she hubs ReGenerations from the city’s Innovation District. She is an active volunteer with youth programs in the community and is a member of Leadership Tennessee Class V, a program that brings diverse leaders from across the state together to engage complex issues through learning, conversation and action.
When she’s not on the road, you can find Jessica exploring outdoor adventures, hosting “parties with a purpose” or playing with her puggles, Bella and Millicent, and posting their pictures on Instagram and Facebook, of course!
