Deep in the snow
Where the icicles fall
lies an igloo of sorts
that appears round and tall
Inside the igloo
there’s a wonderful treat
there sits Mickey and Minnie
ready and eager to greet
They greet guests all day
in their wonderful gear
as the snow falls year round
and not just that time of year
They’re taking a break
From the beach and the sand
they want a taste
of this wintery wonderland
A small pathway leads to guests to a large igloo surrounded by water. Audio animatronic Puffins squawk and squeal as the waves crash against the dock leading us to the mysterious round structure within the depths of the snowy, white tundra.
Inside the igloo is the meet and greet spot for Mickey and Minnie, as they greet guests in blue outfits inspired by Himalayan/ Eskimo parkas, which are lined with fur to keep the iconic couple warm in the snow. Behind them is a large map of the area in the corner lies a pair of skis marked “Property of Goofy”.
Mickey and Minnie greet guests everyday and occasionally take breaks. Guests can exit the igloo to the right of the main meet and greet spot.
In the Christmas time, the igloo becomes lined with Christmas lights as Mickey and Minnie get a little holiday update. Mickey dons a Santa hat as Minnie dons a Christmas-y bow. Even the Puffins get their fair share of Christmas with a holiday bow-tie and a Snowman friend.
